Majeed Maranchery’s “Rasaleela” tells the story of an old Namboothiri family.

'Rasaleela' talks about the relationship between a village simpleton and a widow. It is the remake of the 1975 Kamalahasan movie with the same title.

Dharshan and Prathishta are in the leading roles in the remake version. Kalasala Babu, Narayanan Kutty, Anoop Chandran, Urmila Unni, Hari, Mini Arun, Mano Mohan and Tony are the other cast.

Shiju Elankode writes the dialogues. Susheel Kumar handles the camera. Story and screenplay by Majeed Maranchery. “Rasaleela” is produced by Benny Peters under the banner of B and M Entertainments.
