Akkad Bakkad Bam Be Bo Hindi Movie
Among the low budget, obscure films that are seeing the light of the day this week is a children's film Akkad Bakkad Bambe Bo. With terrorism as the backdrop, this film takes a completely different look to what all kids of today's generation can do.
Twelve Indian children enter Pakistani territory to combat the terrorists who have kidnapped Indian children and are demanding the release of a big terrorist as ransom. With Indian Army and Government's helplessness at the situation, these twelve kids take the task of getting back their friends. They plan a mission with the help of an inspector to destroy the terrorist camp and successfully carry out the rescue mission.
Debutant filmmaker Dweep Raj Kochchar turns out to be yet another director cum producer to make a film in a bid to launch his son. And once again, the attempt turns out to be fatal for the cinegoers. So we see a school girl in a romantic song dancing around the trees and waterfalls with her boyfriend with Alka Yagnik and Abhijeet doing the playback singing for the young guns. Then there's a girl with her eyebrows pierced. There are item songs in the movie and usage of female under garments as a prank!
The least mentioned about the acting the better. Even the likes of Mukesh Khanna end up looking like buffoons in this undercooked product.
The cinematography is poor quality and so is the background score and music composition. There are songs bursting for no rhyme or reason and the colour contrast of the entire film is awry with the yellows and pinks blazing your eyes.
To sum it up, Akkad Bakkad Bambe Bo is best avoided.
