Rock (Sai Dharam Tej) is care free living bloke in Jamaica who is a drug peddler. Rock falls in Love with Amrutha (Saiyami Kher), a dancer who target to win the 'Best of the World' dancer title. In the competition, Amrutha has to take on the American pop star Jenna (Shraddha Das). However Jenna is a tough nut to crack not only on stage but also with her connections. How did Rock help Amrutha to tackle Jenna and win the title as well as Amrutha's love forms the rest of the plot!

Sai Dharam Tej seem to be clearly uncomfortable in this film right from the Word, Go. He looks all different from Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham, may be it is the remarkable improvement he showed from his first movie to the second. Saiyami Kher is glamorous enough but is rock like actress who know nothing about performance. Shradda Das is hot and excelled in the negative character. Ali and Venu Madhav have got cheapest possible roles in the name of comedy. Tanikella Bharani is totally under utilized.

YVS

Chowdary had a different story line with Rey but translated it in to all possible nuisance on screen. The Jamaican backdrop is nothing but waste of money. He also prompted hero to over board language and histrionics killing the whole purpose of helping a debutant. Over action, the glazing costumes unnecessary songs, out of the world action sequences, loud villainy and stupid punch dialogues totally killed the film. The cinematography and editing works are decent. Late Chakri's album is an okay stuff.

Rey is a pinnacle of YVS' downfall which started with Okka Magadu. Even hardcore Mega fans will not have the heart to sit down for the entire film such is the torture.
