Sundara Pandian Tamil Movie

Sasikumar, fresh from last year's Porali, returns as the leading man in Sundara Pandian. The actor plays an ardent fan of Rajinikanth, going as far as imitating him in some scenes. Laxmi Menon (also to be seen in Kumki) plays the heroine. Inigo Prabhakaran, Vijay Sethupathy and National award winner Appukutty also play vital roles in the film.

Sundara Pandian, set in Theni, is said to be an out-and-out romantic entertainer. However, the trailer suggests the presence of drama and violence. Prabhakaran, who had earlier worked under Sasikumar as an associate, marks his directorial debut with the film. Sasikumar has produced this venture under his 'Company Productions' banner.

The film is expected to release on September 14.
