Krishnan (Kunchacko Boban) is a Brahmin who marries his lady love, Amritha (Bhama). But it was against the wishes of his family and friends. Hence Krishnnan and Amritha are compelled to part their ways with family. His only support is his close friend Martin (Shine Tom Chacko).
‘Konthayum Poonoolum’ is directed by debutante Jijo Antony. ‘Konthayum Poonoolum’ tells a story which give prominence to friendship and family relationship. The movie focuses on certain social issues related to religion.
Vinod Sreekumar’s story is scripted by Jijo Antony and Amal. Bijibal composes music for the lines of Sohanlal. Manoj K Jayan, Saiju Kurup, Sarayu, Kalabhavan Mani, Janardhanan, Sona Nair, Indrans, Shobha Mohan also include the cast list.
