Krishna (Balakrishna) is a blood boiling youth who never tolerate injustice. He lives in London for his higher studies and falls in love with a girl, Sneha (Sonal Chauhan). He comes to India for the blessings of his grandmother who never wants him to come back to India. Krishna finally arrives and immediately enters in to a tangle with Jithendra (Jagapathi Babu). Why is that? What is the story behind? How Krishna smashes Jithendra's empire forms the rest of the story.

Nandamuri Balakrishna excelled in both the roles. In the emotional scenes in the second half he delivered his career best performance. He shouldered the movie single handed with excellent mannerisms and dialogue delivery. Jagapathi Babu is a new find to the industry as villain. In many scenes he stood on par with Balakrishna. Sonal Chauhan gets an insignificant role while Radhika Apte impressed in the little role she is offered.

The

story of the movie is as simple as the equation 2+2=4. But Boyapati Srinu made the difference with racy screenplay and hero elevation scenes. The tempo of the film picks up just before the interval and cruises in the second half. However the songs act as speed breakers and the climax is not fully convincing.

Devi Sri Prasad's music album is good and back ground score is excellent. M.Ratnam's dialogues are very effective. Ram Prasad's camera work is good and Editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao could have been a lot better.

Finally Legend is a must watch for fans and mass lovers. For Normal audience its a good watch especially in this filmy drought.
