Adi (Sumanth Ashwin) a happy go lucky College going lad who hates girls and make his friends and college mates evade running after girls. This invokes anger in the college girls. And then comes our heroine, Avi aka Avantika (Rehana) from Vishakapatnam who decides to prove Adi wrong in assessing girls. And the rest of the story is about the challenges and war that place between both of them.

Sumanth Ashwin since his debut is trying the same lover boy kind of roles again and again. There is a monotony in the kind of roles he choose as well as the acting he does. The problem became much severe in this well. Also the action sequences he tried towards the end looked overboard to his personality. The newcomer Rehana has a very expressive eyes but her looks are pretty ordinary and does not seem like a heroine material. Sapthagiri failed to entertain in a very limited role while Viva Harsha, Tagubothu Ramesh failed to entertain even after having decent screen space. Rest of the characters do not require special mention.

comer Vema Reddy is straight from the Sukumar's school. His influence is clearly visible in various scenes of the film. However Vema falters in narrating the film well and it went on dragged like it is never ending. The dragging started right from the beginning and got worse in the second half.

Mickey J.Meyer has done good job with songs and as well as the Back Ground Score. All the songs were very well shot. The camera work is good while Editing is completely substandard.

Finally, Chakkiligintha ends up as a below average stuff and it will require immense patience from the audience to sit through out the film. Keep it the last thing on your wishlist of the Weekend.
