Parent or not, every individual should watch Force. Not so much for the story but very much for the actors, especially the twelve year old Arya.

The moment one is deciding to become a parent, words of caution issues from every quarter. Almost the whole world is up with their advices and declarations as to how one can be a good parent.

Matters get worse and everyone almost turns blank for a while, when they are advising parents with special child. All equations change and advices give way to sympathies whenever special children are brought into the scene.

Raja Chanda's Force is a smart interpretation of the trials and triumphs of a single father of an autistic child. Arjun (Prasenjit Chatterjee) is an encounter specialist professionally and a devoted single father for his son (Arya) Abhimanyu.

On the one hand he is a dutiful cop and on the other hand an equally caring father. As he busies himself to fight a local gang and gets ready to undergo a secret operation. His son's aspirations keep him awake and inspire him to remain steady.

He had to choose between his duty call and his son's marathon practice Abhimanyu's teacher Labanya (Arpita Chatterjee) becomes a constant support system for Arjun and fills up his absence with her balanced guidance.

The twelve year old Arya deserves a special mention for his smooth and innocent portrayal of Abhimanyu. He delivers the character and pumps in enough emotions to create a strong personality for the autistic child. Both Mr. and Mrs. Chatterjee bring forth a steady performance in Force and cuts in with polished demotions wherever required.

To summarize Force will not disappoint. The storyline and the emotional outburst might look to force fit at times but the film overall expresses and brings forward an issue that is worth noticing.
