A movie cant be good if the technical side is top notch & the spine (story & screenplay) is zero. Same concept(same type of watch concept) is used in 90's disney cartoon ducktales in a more interesting & engaging. in the case of 24 the engaging part (which sticks to the plot) is first 10 & last 10 minutes. Also 5 minutes before & after intvl is interesting. Wat is the diffrnc between rest of the movie & typical Suriya bomb movies. If you are telling about concept try Indru Netru Nalai..
