Bengal Tiger is a perfectly packed commercial entertainer with ample dose of comedy and other commercial elements. Except for the disappointment of no novelty, the film will keep Raviteja fans and mass audience entertained. Give it a try!

Akash Narayan (Raviteja) is a happy go lucky guy. One day he hits a minister (Sayaji Shinde) with a stone in public meeting in a bid to become famous and impress a girl (Aksha). The Minister impressed with his courage appoints him as his assistant. One day he is assigned to bring home, the home minister's daughter Shradda (Rashi Khanna) safe home from airport. The big fight that followed there impress the Home Minister as well as his daughter. When the alliance is being announced, Akash gives a twist says he is in love with the CM's daughter, Meera (Tamannah). What happens next forms the rest of the story.

Raviteja once again gets a tailor made character for himself. His superb energy and comic timing is at his best yet again in the role of Akash Narayan. Tamannah and Rashi Khanna were shown super glamorous. They also performed okay in the roles with little substance. Boman Irani and Rao Ramesh are good as always. Major highlight of the film is 30 years Prudhvi who upped the comedy quotient as Future Star Siddhappa. Posani, Sayaji Shinde, Brahmi and others are okay.

Sampath Nandi had selected a wafer thin story for Raviteja but he made sure it is complimented by good screenplay and dialogues. More over he stressed much on keeping the audience entertained till the end which usually works for Raviteja's films. Sampath also added several references to Pawan Kalyan which will woo mega fans to theaters.

Bheems Ceciroleo came up with very ordinary audio but they are compensated by glamour feast of the heroine in a couple of songs. Chinna handled the back ground score and it is good. Soundarrajan's cinematography is superb while Gautam Raju's editing is patchy. Production Values are good.

Finally, Bengal Tiger is a perfectly packed commercial entertainer with ample dose of comedy and other commercial elements. Except for the disappointment of no novelty, the film will keep Raviteja fans and mass audience entertained. Give it a try!
