Such a pleasure to watch a movie that all kinds of little reminders of earlier stories meshed beautifully in a brand new way.

Overloaded action and a cliched villain take the focus away from otherwise strong performers and resonant themes, making X-Men: Apocalypse a middling chapter of the venerable superhero franchise.  Read Full Review

At one point in the film, four of Xavier's students watch Return Of The Jedi and one of them quips, "Well, we can all agree that the third one is always the worst." Presumably, it was a word of caution for this film.  Read Full Review

X-Men Apocalypse is a silly '80s spectacular. X-Men: Apocalypse is far from being the finest movie yet may well rank among the most comic-booky. For some of us, that's all that matters. There are too many movies out there Magneto may like; this one is something Professor X would dig.  Read Full Review

An action packed and faithful sequel to this franchise that derives from the past two films. My kudos goes to Bryan Singer for creating a spectacle yet again with Apocalypse. Inevitably the best part of the movie was the introduction of Apocalypse(Oscar Issac), leaving the viewer jaw dropping. James McAvoy,Jennifer Lawrence,Michael Fassbender do great. The Quicksilver sequence is a treat. Jane,Storm and Nightcrawler have been brought out pretty well. The soundtrack is brilliant. Dont miss this.   X-Men: Apocalypse User Rating
