Chanti (Ishan) loves Anjali (Angela), sister of a Police Commissioner. When the commissioner tries to hitch her to a IPS Officer (Subbaraju) Chanti goes there and creates ruckus. In the process, a constable is injured and gets his legs paralyzed which forces Chanti to prison. Later when he is released, he finds that Anjali ditched him and he develops an aversion to girls. Another Anjali (Mannara Chopra) enters his life and what followed next is the rest.

Ishan gets good marks on his debut, thanks to the Puri Jagannadh touch. Ishan's looks and body language are good for a mass hero. Angela is more of skin show while Mannara Chopra is okay in whatever she is offered. Thakur Anoop Singh is impressive with his villany as well as comedy. Ali, Posani, Subbaraju and Tulasi are okay in their roles.

Puri Jagannadh excelled in good dialogues and heroism. But then, this same template kind of story is irking the audience. The first half of the film is okay but the proceedings get totally boring in the second half as things more without any twists and turns making the audience wait for the end. The climax is also routine as well.

Puri came up with some very good dialogues but the story, screenplay, and direction are routine. Sunil Kashyap's Songs are just average while the background score is impressive. Camera work by Mukesh and Editing by Junaid are good. The Production Values of Tanvi Films are Very Good.

Finally, Rogue is yet another routine template film from Puri Jagannadh and his struggle to reinvent himself continues.
