Radha Krishna (Sharwanand) dreams to be a Police office and grows to become one. He always believes that he should do everything to keep the department esteem high. After a cooling period of romance in a small town, he is posted to Dhoolpet where he locks horns with Sujatha (Ravi Kishan) who aspires to become the Chief Minister. Rest of the Story is all about how Radha cleans the mess.

Radha is the Star Hero time for Sharwanand as he tries to gel commercial elements in him to portray the role of a funny cop like Pawan Kalyan in Gabbar Singh. Despite Sharwa's best efforts, we can still sense the forced body language in him. Lavanya looks gorgeous but her character lacks the punch. Aksha is totally wasted in an insignificant role. Ravi Kishan overacts as a villain. Shakalaka Shankar is good and so is Brahmaji. Kota and Ashish Vidyardhi are under-used. Ali and Sapthagiri do their parts well.

Chandramohan, the debut director chooses a script with wafer-thin storyline and added to that, he badly falters with the screenplay. We get the feeling the movie is made in parts and stitched together. The proceedings are totally predictable and stretched even though the film is just 125 minutes long. The first half is okay with comedy here and there but second half loses steam. Things are further disappointing from the Pre-Climax.

Radhan's music is decent with a couple of foot-tapping numbers. The Background score is adequate while the camera work is patchy. Dialogues are good here and there. Editing is okay. Production Values are good.
