Nagaram is the story of a Reckless Youth, an Angry Young Man, a Kidnap Gang and a Big Rowdy Group all get entangled in a story which runs on Parallel tracks. The rest of the story is all about how these individual stories unfold and how they all get connected to one Kidnap.

Nagaram is more of a concept based thriller and so, there are no Dominating lead actors in this film but everybody has a decent enough character. Sundeep Kishan as a careless youth and Sree as an upcoming Techie put up a good show. Regina and the Kidnap Gang are worth a mention.

Nagaram story is set in Chennai and the makers did not make any changes to that even for the dubbing version as well as the screenplay needs a correlation with Chennai.

Once it begins, the movie takes its own time to establish the characters in the first half but the proceedings are so slow which makes the first half as an average fare. The second half however impresses as all the characters crisscrossing each other and it ends well. Suspense elements and the screenplay worked in favour of the second half keeping the audience interested. right through the 2nd half makes it an engrossing watch. Director Lokesh should appreciated for that.

The music composed by Javed Riaz is ordinary but the background score is good. The Camera work by Selvakumar is adequate while the editing should have been better in the first half. Production Values are okay.

Finally, Nagaram is a watchable fare with the good screenplay and suspense elements working in favour of the film. The movie is likely to work more with the Tamil audience.
