Swathi (Ena Saha) is an Orphan and reigning heroine in Malayalam Film Industry. Sarath (Sijju) try to trap her and to escape him, Swathi decides to fly to the USA. Waiting for her visa, she visits a haunted bungalow in Hyderabad outskirts where she meets Rebeca (Raasi) and at the same time, the news of Swathi's murder breaks out. What happens next in the story forms the rest.

The story is based on Telepathy. The director, Muni chose a good subject but minced it with several sub-stories. At one stage he got confused to lead the actual story forward and in the process, lost the big chance. Audience will be confused to the core that they do not understand what is going on in the thriller. He tried to impress the audience with as many twists as possible and doing that lost the track completely. The climax part is however good and is almost like the entire story said then and there.

Raas

i impressed in the role of Rebecca. She also managed the horror part well. Sijju and Saha are crucial to the story and did well. The scenes of Sai Ronak, Sudharshan and Satya in the first half are irritating. Rest of the characters are okay. Technically, the movie is okay. Particularly the camera work is impressive and the music by Sri Charan Pakala is okay. The director should have made the film more clear and crispy. Editing failed big time.

Finally, Lanka is a film made with honest intent but is spoiled to the core due to the bad treatment and execution. The inexperience of the director can be felt in every scene.
