Nene Raju Nene Mantri is a good effort which was let down a disappointing Second Half. Only if Teja had chopped that track between Radha and Jogendra, the result would have been so different.

Jogendra (Rana Daggubati) is loan lender from Uravakonda, Rayalaseema who vows to become a Sarpanch after the Village Head's wife insults his love, life, and wife, Radha (Kajal Agarwal). But then, the journey does not stop with Sarpanch as he becomes MLA and he wants to scale even bigger heights. What happens in the process forms the rest of the story.

Nene Raju Nene Mantri is undisputably Rana's Career Best Performance besides the Baahubali series. Kajal is an apt fit for the role of Radha. Catherine Tresa is at her glamorous best in the role of a TV Reporter. Navdeep, Posani Krishna Murali, Ashutosh Rana and other actors are good choices and they have performed well.

The First half of Nene Raju Nene Mantri is a big highlight as Teja ensured the narration moves on at a brisk pace. Rana's Superb Performance even elevated the proceedings. But then things have deteriorated in the second half as the track between Jogendra and Radha went overboard. The climax is also disappointing. A good 20 minutes can be easily chopped off in the second half. The funny sequence between Posani and Prabhas Sreenu works.

This is Teja's Best work for almost a decade but then the second half is a disappointment. Dialogues are very impressive. Anoop Rubens came up with excellent background score. The cinematography by Dilip C Venkat is very impressive. Editing should have been better in the second half. Production Values are Grand.

Finally, Nene Raju Nene Mantri is a good effort which was let down a disappointing Second Half. Only if Teja had chopped that track between Radha and Jogendra, the result would have been so different.
