Bandhavi (Pooja K Doshi) is a doctor and her parents are in search for a suitable groom for her. But then, all those efforts have failed prompting Bandhavi to love some one and get married. Bandhavi happens to fall in love with two guys - Karthik (Harish Kalyan) and Kranthi (Sai Ronak) who have peculiar characters. Due to that, they get separated from Bandhavi and later come back. Rest of the story is all about what happens in the triangular love story.

Kaadhali is a heroine centric film which requires the heroine to sparkle but Pooja K Doshi failed miserably in expressions and lip sync. Tamil hero Harish Kalyan and Sai Ronak have done decent job. Particularly, Harish Kalyan does a good job. Sudarshan managed some comedy here and there. Rest of the characters do not have significant roles.

Kaadhali is a routine story of a girl struggling to choose between two guys. This is an age old story and needs good treatment to keep the audience engaged. But then, director Pattabhi ensured that the movie is totally pale with no drama and twists. The story is like almost complete in the first half and all that director has to do is to fill the second half with songs and pale scenes. The climax is also very disappointing.

Pattabhi R Chilukuri failed as the director as well as a writer. Only some dialogues here and there are good. Prasan Praveen Shyam came up with good music. Songs are good but are very badly placed. Sekhar V Joseph's camera work is colorful. Senior Editor Marthand K Venkatesh is disappointing. Production Values are good for a small film.

Finally, Kaadhali ends up as a big disappointment. It is a routine story stuffed with uninteresting scenes and unnecessary songs.
