Torsha Ekti Nodir Naam is a 2025 Indian movie directed by Krishnendu Sannigrahi starring Sudip Mukherjee, Dipanwita Ghosh, Arindam Haldar and Kavya Bhaumik. The feature film is produced by Nirmalya Ghosh and the music composed by Debojyoti Mishra.

PLOT:

Torsha, a little girl namesake of the river, comes from a privileged family. She befriends a group of children who live in a fishermen`s slum built on the bank of the river and tries to reform their lives. When the slum dwellers are faced with a crisis of their existence. Torsha appeals to her dad, the district magistrate, to intervene in the matter and save their community. Things begin to change thereafter.
