Producer B. Srinivasan and his Vikatan Talkies may be venturing into film production for the first time. But he is not a total stranger to cinema. In fact it's all there in his blood, as he is the grandson of the late S.S. Vasan, producer, director and founder of Gemini Pictures. Making films, for B. Srinivasan is like continuing with the family tradition. For his maiden production venture, B. Srinivasan teams up with debutant director M. Rajesh, who has been an associate to the likes of Ameer and S.A. Chandrashekhar, to deliver a very youthful and fun-filled entertainer in 'Siva Manasulla Shakthi', with Jeeva in the lead.

'Siva Manasulla Shakthi' is in fact a love story that tells how the hero (Jeeva) and the heroine (Anuya) meet and fall in love. Their love is intense, but then creeps in the villain - ego problem. Seemingly trivial and harmless clashes and differences of opinion are blown up on account of their respective egos, leading to problems of bigger proportions and forcing them to part ways. How the problems between these lovers are solved and how they get re-united forms the rest of the plot.

Anuya Bhagavat, a product of the Pune Film Institute, makes her debut as the heroine while Santhanam too plays a key role. 'Siva Manasulla Shakthi' is intended to be a hilarious, fun-filled entertainer though it's love and relationships that it focuses on. It's a film for the youth as well as the family audience.
