A R Rahman to sing for Vijay 59?

Vijay 59 to be directed by Atlee of Raja Rani fame will go on floors tomorrow, the 26th June at Kerala House in ECR and Vijay is expected to attend the event after his return from London vacation. Incidentally it is the same place that held the Pooja of Raja Rani too and looks like the makers

This untitled film is said to have Samantha and Amy Jackson as the lady lead and the film will be produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. The music for the film will be scored by G V Prakash for whom this is landmark film which is his 50th.

The latest we hear on this film is that Prakash’s uncle Oscar winner A R Rahman will be singing a number in Vijay 59. Incidentally, Rahman had scored for Vijay’s film Azhagiya Thamizh Magan few years back and they would be coming together again in a different vein this time.
