Aadhik talks about Trisha Illana Nayanthara

Trisha Illana Nayanthara is an upcoming film being directed by Aadhik Ravichandran that features G V Prakash and Anandhi of Kayal as leads. Interestingly Aadhik’s father Ravichandran has worked with directors like Bharathi Raja and R K Selvamani but could never make an independent film but all the same he is assisting his son in his debut venture.

Talking about this, Aadhik says, “My father is my inspiration. Parents want their kids to be studious and not waste time in cinema. I grew up seeing my father struggling as an assistant director. He has worked under many directors like Bharathi Raja and Selvamani for the past 16 years. It got the determination in me that I should be a director one day. I chose my own avenues to make it”

On how he got his debut film, Aadhik says, “I narrated Trisha Illana Nayanthara story to GV Prakash and now I am directing my debut film. If the destiny was to have one director from my home I got it and hope that when my dad directs a film in future I might contribute my ideas too”.
