Akshay Kumar joins Enthiran 2

The much awaited shooting of India's biggest movie Superstar Rajinikanth starrer and director Shankar's directorial 2.0, the sequel of Enthiran the Robot finally started in Chennai on 16th of December.

Lyca productions who are bankrolling this venture were planning a grand launch for the film, but due to the recent Chennai floods, the film makers decided to start the shoot in an extremely simple manner.

The crew consists of superstar Rajinikanth, Amy Jackson and the surprise package is Bollywood hero Khilladi Akshay Kumar, who would be doing the role of an antagonist in the film. The movie is being shot in 3D made with top technicians from all over the globe, making it a complete world class film. The technical team includes AR Rahman for music, Nirav Shah for cinematography, Muthuraj for art direction and Srinivas Mohan for VFX Supervision. Click the Movie button below for more info:
