'Alif' getting ready

'Alif' directed by debutant N K Muhammed Koya is getting ready for release. The movie has Lena and Kalabhavan Mani in the lead roles.

The director himself has written the story, screenplay, and dialogues. The film is produced by M S Biju under the banner of A Square B.

'Alif' is the story of three generations of women of a Muslim family and their struggles, set against certain social issues.

The cast also includes Joy Mathew, Irshad, Kozhikode Narayanan Nair, V K Unnikrishnan, Majeed, Tara Kalyan, Seenath, Nilambur Ayesha, and Santhakumari.

The lyrics by Rafeeq Ahmed are composed by Ramesh Narayanan.
