Amala Paul again getting busy in Tamil

After her divorce with director M L Vijay, Amala Paul is again going to be active in the Tamil industry. Amala is the heroine opposite Dhanush in the second part of ‘Velaiilla Pattadhari’. The first clap was done by Rajinikanth.

Both Amala and Dhanush were the lead actors in the first part too. The sequel is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth and produced by S Thanu.

The script is by Soundarya, while the story and dialogues are written by Dhanush. Vivek, Saranya Ponvannan, Samuthirakkani, and Surabhi play supporting roles.

‘VIP 2’ is produced by ‘Kabali’ producer Kaliapuli S Thanu and Dhanush’s Wonder Bar. The movie will be released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. Sean Roldan and Anirudh are the music directors.
