Amala Paul to tie knot with director Vijay

Actress Amala Paul will tie knot with Tamil director Vijay in June. The engagement will be held on June 7 at Cial auditorium in Nedumabsserry, Kochi and the marriage will be on June 12 at Chennai.

There were gossips about the relationship between the two. Amala Paul made a hint about their marriage during the audio release of Vijay’s new film ‘Saivam’.

Vijay who reached the industry as an associate of Priyadarshan is the maker of hit films in Tamil. Amala Paul acted in his two hit movies ‘Daiva Thirumakal’, with Vikram in the lead role and ‘Thalaivaa’, with Vijay in the lead role. Vijay remake the Malayalam movie ‘Kireedom’ with Ajith as the hero.

Amala Paul is the daughter of Paul Varghese and Annie from Aluva. Lal Jose’s ‘Neelathamara’ was her debut movie in Malayalam. She made her Tamil debut with ‘Mainaa’. She did noted roles in the Malayalam movies ‘Run Baby Run’ and ‘Oru Indian Pranayakatha’.
