'Amarakkaran' the story of P U Thomas

The upcoming movie ‘Amarakkaran’ narrates the story of P U Thomas, who started Navajeevan Trust, a destitute home. The movie written and directed by Simon Parakkal features director Major Ravi in the lead role.

Sruthi Bala does the female lead. Kumarakom Reghunath, Neena Kurup, Kottayam Nazeer, Minon, Vijayakumar, and Babu Tharakan also include the cast.

Jinosh Antony is the music director. ‘Amarakkaran’ is produced by Ebenezer Visual Media. The shooting of the movie has started in Kottayam.

P U Thomas, who hails from Kottayam, runs Navajeevan Trust, a non-profit organization which provides shelter to the desolate and the mentally challenged people and provides food to the needy in the hospitals.
