Amzath and Anjali together

Amzath, the young actor who is known for his performances in Vallinam and the Nayanthara starrer Maya will now be pairing with Anjali for a film titled Kaanbadhu Poi being directed by newcomer Sarvesh.

Naturally excited, Amzath says, “It’s a bold woman-centric action thriller in which I play a guy who studies abroad and meets a girl with an independent personality. Mine is a romantic, boy-next-door character and the film is about how strong a woman can be during the tough times in life.”

On his career plans, he states that he wants to choose the right kind of roles which are performance driven and does not want to go behind numbers.
