Anamika trailer on Nov 24

Anamika, the remake of Hindi film Kahani is completing its shooting schedules and will soon enter the post-production stage. Meanwhile the makers of the film are planning to release the first trailer of the flick on November 24. Nayanathara will be essaying the lead role in the suspense thriller Anamika, which was done by Vidya Balan in the Hindi original. It is said that the acting talents of Nayan will be brought to a new height through this film. Shekar Kammula is directing the film which is likely to be released in December.

Endemol India is producing this bilingual project. The original story of the film has been modified slightly, to cater to Telugu and Tamil viewers. Music has been scored by M.M.bKeeravani and the audio album is expected to come out in the next few weeks.

Sekhar Kammula is attempting a remake for the first time in his career. This film is also quite different from the usual genres he attempts.
