'Anarkali' set in Lakshadweep

Prithviraj’s new film ‘Anarkali’ is a love story set in Lakshadweep. The movie is shot completely in Lakshadweep.

Prithviraj and Biju Menon do equally important roles in this movie which is the debut directorial venture of scenarist Sachi of Sachi-Sethu duo.

The story and script are penned by Sachi himself. Prithviraj does the role of Shanthanu, a diving instructor who teaches to dive into deep sea and Biju Menon as Zacharia, the system Engineer in the Lighthouse.

Priyal Gor is the heroine. Mia George, Bollywood actress Kabir Bedi, director-cinematographer Rajeev Menon, and Madhupal also include the cast.

The language, life, and culture of Lakshadweep become part of this romantic flick. ‘Anarkali’ is produced by Rajeev Nair under the banner of Magic Moon.
