Anil Kapoor & Sonam Kapoor come together for Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga

For quite some time now, Anil Kapoor has expressed his desire to work with daughter Sonam Kapoor and finally his dream has come true.

The talent ‘Fanney Khan’ actor and ‘Neerja’ actress Sonam Kapoor have been roped in for filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s next film tentatively titled – ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga.’

The popular father-daughter duo will share screen space for the first time in this film, which supposedly will be directed by Chopra’s sister Shelly Chopra.

During the opening ceremony of Jio MAMI 19th Mumbai Film Festival, Vidhu Vinod Chopra confirmed the collaboration. He said, “That’s a big thing. I am very excited about that. Anil Kapoor coming together with us to make ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga’ is just incredible. Anil and Sonam are both there in the film. I am really looking forward to it.”

Interestingly, the title of the film is picked up from the romantic track – “Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa” from ‘1942 A Love Story’, featuring Anil Kapoor.
