Anusree to play a cop

Anusree will play the role of a police officer for the first time in her career in the forthcoming Mohanlal movie ‘Oppam’. Anusree had earlier acted with Mohanlal in the film ‘Red Wine’.

‘Oppam’ is a crime suspense thriller directed by Priyadarshan. The movie revolves around a murder that takes place in a flat and the investigation that follows. Mohanlal plays Jayaraman, a blind man who is the lift operator in the flat.

The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner Aashirvad Cinemas. ‘Oppam’ features Vimala Raman, Siddique, Nedumudi Venu, Mamukkoya, Samudrakkani, and Arjun Nandakumar in pivotal roles.
