Artist Kitho is no more

Noted film poster designer and artist Kitho passed away in Kochi on Tuesday. He was 82. Kitho was admitted to hospital due to kidney-related ailment. The blessed artist has worked as an art director for more than 30 films.

Kitho has written story for a film and produced the film ‘Unnikrishnante Aadhya Christmas’. He became active in the film industry with the films of IV Sasi and Jesy. Kitho had set up ‘Kitho’s Arts’ in Kochi.

After quitting films, Kitho turned to religious texts and illustrations. He is survived by wife Lilly and sons Anil and Kamal.
