Aruvi First look out

Producers Dream Warrior Pictures is known for funding quality content which was evident from the National Award winning film Joker and Maanagaram to name a few. They have bankrolled another film called Aruvi which has won its honors in many international film festivals. The unit released the first look motion poster of the film yesterday.

Even though its entire cast comprises new faces and its director, Arun Prabu Purushothaman, is a debutant, the film Aruvi, has been creating a buzz, thanks to its screening at a few film festivals.

The film revolves around a girl, Aruvi, who doesn't differentiate people as good and bad and showers her love on everyone. The film is said to be about her adventures and misadventures. Though it is a socio-political drama, the film is also a truly mixed-genre film because it also has comedy and songs, and is made for the mainstream audience. Aditi Balan plays the role of Aruvi and she is apparently an advocate. Lakshmi Gopalswami, who has done Malayalam and Kannada films, is the only cast member with acting experience.
