Arvind Swami's voice over for Uriyadi

May 26, 2016 JB

Arvind Swami made a comeback of sorts in Mani Ratnam’s Kadal and after which, he was seen in Mohan Raja’s Thani Oruvan where he had done the role of a baddie with a lot of aplomb and style. Post this film, he had his latest release Dear Dad in Hindi which was a major dud. He is now working in Bogan with Jayam Ravi.

Now his voice will be heard in an upcoming film Uriyadi, an action thriller which is co-produced by Sameer Bharat Ram and Nalan Kumarasamy. The film is directed by Vijaykumar and features mostly newcomers apart from actors such as Mime Gopi and Sivakumar.

Arvind Swami has briefly lent his voice for “Uriyadi”, which releases in cinemas this Friday on the 27th May. About this the director says, “In the beginning of the film, Arvind sir has given voice-over. It’s approximately for about 30 seconds but his lines are very crucial from the perspective of the story. When we approached him with the request, he was more than willing to support us”. Click the Movie button below for more info:
