Arvind Swamy's new look

Actor Arvind Swami is known for his handsome looks. But the actor will be soon seen in a beefed-up, macho look in an upcoming Tamil film. The actor has been sweating it out in the gym for the past several months. Though the details of the film are yet to be revealed, it is said that the movie will start rolling from September.

The actor is following a tough regimen to develop and maintain his looks. He has been doing cardio exercises in the morning; weight exercises in the evenings and has been following a high protein diet with six small meals a day. Timothy is his personal trainer and the actor has fallen in love with his new macho looks. He says that he plans to keep the look for some more time after his film and may try it out with other films too.

Arvind Swamy will be shooting for a bilingual film in Hindi and Tamil with Mahesh Manjrekar soon.
