Asif Ali and Janani Iyer to join for 'Happy Birthday'

Asif Ali and Janani Iyer are paired again for the upcoming movie ‘Happy Birthday’. The film is the debut directorial venture of Gautham Mohan.

‘Happy Birthday’ is a romantic fantasy thriller written by Rohit Panicker. Prathap Pothen, Vijay Menon, Nandu, Rohini, and Jinu Joseph also include the cast.

‘Happy Birthday’ is inspired by the Hollywood fantasy comedy film 'Groundhog Day' in which a young man finds himself in a time loop.

Prashanth Pillai scores music for the movie. The movie is expected to start rolling from March.

Actress Shikha Nair who made her debut through Roopesh Peethambaran's Dulquer Salman starrer 'Theevram' turns an assistant director with this film.

Asif Ali and Janani Iyer are paired in ‘Mosayile Kuthirtameenukal’ and ‘Driver on Duty’.
