Atlee turns producer

Director Atlee who will be releasing Ilayathalapathy Vijay’s Theri soon in the month of April has turned a producer. Yes, he will be bankrolling a film along with Foxstar productions. His production banner is called A for Apple and its maiden production venture is titled Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae.

This interestingly titled film will be directed by newcomer Ike Radha who is said to have been associated with Kamal Haasan in many films. Sources state that there is every possibility of Atlee doing a small cameo in the film.

Sangili Bungili Kadhava Thorae will have Jiiva and Sri Divya in the leads with Soori, Ilavarasu and others in the supporting cast role. Newbie director Ike Radha took to twitter to share his excitement, “Happy to announce the title of my directorial debut #SangiliBungiliKathavaThorae @Actorjiiva produced by@Atlee_dir”.
