Balu Mahendra is back with Thalaimuraigal

Veteran director Balu Mahendra is wielding the mega phone after a long gap and this time he is doing it for producer, director and actor Sasikumar. The film Thalaimuraigal is ready for release and it also completed the censor formalities. The film has received clean U certificate.

Apart from producing, Sasikumar is acting in the film. Interestingly Balu Mahendra will also be seen the movie, Thalaimuraigal. This is for the first time that the ace cinematographer and National Award winning director will be standing in front of the camera. Balu Mahendra has done the film’s story, screenplay, editing, cinematography and direction.

It is said Sasikumar took immense pains to convince the veteran director to do the film and today they are happy with the outcome and the film will be released in a couple of weeks. The music is provided by Balu Mahendra’s eternal favourite Ilaiyaraaja.
