Bhagyaraj villain in Thupparivaalan

Bhagyaraj veteran filmmaker/actor known for his mastery in screenplay writing will be doing a negative character in Mysskin’s Thupparivaalan. The director was last seen in the role of a villain 36 years ago in Vidiyum Varai Kaathiru.

The film has an ensemble cast of Vishal, Vinay Rai, Prasanna, Akshara Haasan, Anu Emmanuel and Andrea Jeremiah. It is reported that Bhagyaraj plays a stylish elite character, and will be part of a villainous gang. The role will have shades of grey, if not a hardcore villain.

It has to be recalled that Mysskin had cast hero and director Pandiayarajan as a powerful villain in his earlier movie Anjathey. So, making Bhagyaraj as a powerful villain would be an easy job for Mysskin who is known for his unique narrative. The film with Arrol Corelli’s music is fast nearing completion.
