Bharathi Raja in Vijay 59

Ilayathalapathy Vijay is currently working in Chimbudevan’s Puli with Shruthi Haasan, Hansika, Sridevi and Kicha Sudheep. Post this film, he will be joining hands with director Atlee who gave a smashing hit film with his very first debut venture, Raja Rani.

Atlee’s film with Vijay, his 59th will have Samantha as his romantic on screen partner. Amy Jackson is also touted to be in this film. Other probables are Vadivelu and Thambi Ramiah. G V Prakash will be scoring music while Kalaipuli Thanu will be producing the venture.

Meanwhile it has been stated that Bharathi Raja will play an important role in this film. Interestingly the director played Vishal’s dad in the hit film Pandia Naadu directed by Suseendhiran which fetched him lot of accolades for his performance. Although in Vijay’s film, he will not be his dad but a very important role.
