'Bold' is the hottest buzzword in the world of Bollywood posters these days.

Let's take a look at a few such risqué posters that left little to imagination and bared it all in the open...

Ragini MMS2

This was the poster that made us join the dots and compile this list.

In the poster of this scary flick you see a nude Sunny Leone sitting with her legs folded.

The subtle sensuality is enough to give out what's in store in the film.

Produced by Ekta Kapoor, India's first Erotica Horror film is the sequal to Ragini MMS.

The film is scheduled to release on March 21, 2014.

Hate Story

Director Vikram Bhatt's Hate Story created quite a furor with its poster that featured actress Paoli Daem showing off tattooed bare back.

The shapely back is accentuated by a strategically placed gun inside her jeans and a tattoo that read 'Love killed her soul, her body seeks revenge.'

After watching the movie we can say that the poster was not completely misguiding, though a little creativity is allowed.

The film also starred Gulshan Devaiah.

Jism 2

There couldn't have been better first look for a film that launched Canadian Porn star, Sunny Leone, in Bollywood.

The makers of Jism 2 had put Sunny's bold persona to perfect use in the poster that featured her wrapped in a wet cloth.

Pure seduction is what the poster shouted. While the film tanked at the box office but Sunny got a talking point in B-town.

The Dirty Picture

She promised quite some raunchy entertainment for her audiences with the poster of 'The Dirty Picture' and Voila! she gave just that! Vidya Balan starrer The Dirty Picture's poster had a cleavage baring Vidya drooled over by her three men - Nasserudin Shah, Emran Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor.

The film was a super hit all thanks to Vidya Balan's uninhibited performance.

Murder 2

After raising the heat with Mallika Sherawat in Murder the makers had to keep up to audience's expectations in their sequel.

Hence, the poster of Murder 2 featured the leading lady Jacqueline Fernandez with a bare back.

While the poster was quite a tease, the film fell flat on audience's expectations.

Julie

Neha Dhupia once said that only 'SRK and Sex sells in Bollywood.

'Since she couldn't bag a movie opposite Shah Rukh Khan, the ex-beauty queen went the 'sex' way and shot for a controversial and bold poster for her film Julie.

Released in 2004, also starring Sonu Sood Julie's poster had some 'between the sheets action.'

It played the idea of the movie by having a bare it all Neha on the bed, wrapped in red satin sheets.

Ek Choti Si Love Story

This poster created controversies for the right reasons.

Starring Manisha Koirala, the poster of the film featured a boy posing on various curves and contours of a woman's body.

Manisha Koirala herself was miffed with the owners for such posters, which pointed a finger at the dignity of women.

Though the posters were shot with a body double, but were meant to depict her, which didn't go down too well with the actress.

Dunno Y...Na Jaane Kyun

Released in 2010, Dunno Y... Na Jaane Kyun kissed headlines for being the first film in the history of Indian cinema to feature a kiss between the lead pair, Yuvraaj Parashar and Kapil Sharma.

The poster of the film featured the two boys baring it all.

Girlfriend

The film was a story of two lesbians starring Amrita Arora and Isha Koppikar.

Going with the theme of the film, the poster featured the girls having some naughty fun, which was too much for Indian audiences to digest.
