Mumbai, Nov 7 (IANS) Model-actress Lisa Haydon says fitness should be an important part of everyone's life and not just models.

"I think being fit is compulsory not just for modelling but for anybody in life. I mean, health is wealth at the end of the day," the 26-year-old said here Tuesday at the launch of Flex, an annual magazine on health and fitness featuring Lisa on the cover of the inaugural edition.

"In modelling, it is important to look good. So I guess fitness goes hand-in-hand with looking good and everybody should work out," she added.

Lisa, a known name in modelling, made her debut in Bollywood with "Aisha" and was later seen in "Rascals".

Meanwhile, talking about her other projects, Lisa said, "Right now, I have just finished working on the Hunt for Kingfisher Calendar Girl, which is on air at the moment. Then I am working in a film. The director hasn't talked about it, so I am not going to talk about it until he does."
