Christmas releases

This year’s Christmas provides a treat for the movie lovers as a number of much awaited movies of our favorite stars are lining up to reach the theaters. There are four movies currently scheduled for wide release during the festive season.

‘Charlie’, ‘Jo and the Boy’, ‘Adi Kapyare Kootamani’, and ‘Two Countries’ are the movies scheduled to be released this week.

Charlie

‘Dulquer Salman-Martin Prakkat team’s ‘Charlie’ will be in the cinemas from December 24th. Dulquer Salman’s bearded look has already created a sensation and the movie’s songs and trailer got viral within a few hours of its release.

Parvathy and Aparna Gopinath do the female leads. Nedumudi Venu, Neeraj Madhav, and Chemban Vinod also do prominent roles.

Jo and the Boy

‘Jo and the Boy’ will be released on the 24th of December. The movie written and directed by 'Philips and the Monkey Pen' fame Rojin Thomas is a family oriented comedy entertainer.

‘Jo and the Boy’ produced under the banner of Goodwill Entertainments by Alice George is the story of Joan Mary John (Jo), a lady animator and a boy named Criz played by Manju Warier and Sanoop Santhosh respectively.

Adi Kapyare Koottamani

‘Adi Kapyare Koottamani’ hits theaters on the 25th of December. The story unfolds over a period of 4 days in a boy’s hostel. It revolves around a young woman, Adhishta Lekshmi played by Namitha, who enters the life of three students. Dhyan Sreenivasan, Aju Varghese, and Neeraj Madhav play these three students, who are classmates and are in the same hostel.

Mukesh does a major role as a priest and the hostel warden. The movie is directed by debutant John Varghese and produced by Vijay Babu and Sandra Thomas under the banner of Friday Film House in association with Carnival Motion Pictures. Click the Movie button below for more info:

Two Countries

‘Two Countries’ directed by Shafi starring Dileep in the lead role is a laugh riot in which Dileep and Mamta Mohandas play couples. The movie is written by Rafi.
