British band Coldplay are all set to release a live album and a concert film shot during the tour for their latest album Ghost Stories.

Coldplay limited their touring behind Ghost Stories to a brief nine-city run. However, on November 24th, they’ll offer fans worldwide a chance to hear the new songs live with the release of a live and album and concert aptly dubbed, Ghost Stories Live.

Filmed by director Paul Dugdale, the "Ghost Stories Live 2014" concert film documents a performance the band gave at a custom-built amphitheater at Sony Studios, Los Angeles, at which they premiered music from the album.

"The Ghost Stories show at Sony Studios was a very special moment for our band. The magic theatre built by our incredible crew with the 360 screens was literally a dream come true. And it was the first time anyone outside of our studio had heard the new songs," frontman Chris Martin said in a statement. "This film is basically our original vision for the 'Ghost Stories' album."

The exclusive "Ghost Stories" live album that will accompany the film release features music recorded during shows in London, Sydney, Paris, Cologne, New York and Los Angeles between April and July.

The DVD/Blu-ray packages feature eight music videos -- boasting two previously unreleased clips for the title track and "All Your Friends."

Dugdale previously helmed Coldplay's "Live 2012" performance documentary for their album "Mylo Xyloto".
