Dhanush chooses Santhosh Narayanan over Anirudh

It is an established fact in the Tamil film industry that Dhanush’s favorite composer is Anirudh who had worked in films that were produced by Dhanush’s home banner Wunderbar like 3, Ethir Neechal, Velai Illa Pattadhari, Kaakki Sattai and Maari to name some.

So, it is natural that Anirudh is expected to be roped in Dhanush’s next film Kodi to be directed by Durai Senthilkumar of Ethir Neechal fame.

However, announcements have come that Santhosh Narayanan will be the music director for this film. This has come as a surprise for many in the industry. But sources say that it is just the date issue and nothing else as Anirudh is busy with his overseas tour and yet to return to Chennai.
