Dhanush wraps up Vada Chennai

Vada Chennai, a trilogy of gangsters is being directed by Vetri Maaran and the film is much awaited because of the director and his crew members. Although the film has been constantly in the news for artists walking out of the project, looks like it is progressing fast to the finish line.

The cast is led by Dhanush and is supported by Aishwarya Rajesh, Andrea, Samuthirakani, Daniel Balaji, Kishore, Karunas and others. Santhosh Narayanan for the first time would be scoring for a Vetri Maaran film and Velraj is cranking the camera.

The latest update on the film is that Dhanush has wrapped up his portions. He was recently spotted with a thick beard for his role in the film and the pictures became viral on social networking sites. Vetri Maaran had shot major portions of the film in a jail set and also in the real locations in North Chennai. Since the film covers the lifespan of nearly 30 years of gangsters in North Chennai, the script demands three parts and among which, the first installment will release in early 2018.
