Dhanush's next Hindi is with Balki

Dhanush has signed his second Hindi flick and it will be directed by Balki, the man who made Cheeni Kam and Paa. Interestingly this film will also have Amitabh Bachchan playing an important role and Dhanush as the main hero. Another attraction of the film is that Kamal Haasan’s second daughter Akshara will be debuting as actress opposite Dhanush.

Looks like the film, which is yet to be titled, will be a power-packed film with all the biggies’ being part of it. Adding to the star-cast is the regular technical team of Balki which comprises of PC Sreeram as the cinematographer and Ilayaraja will score the music.

Confirming the film, Dhanush says, “Yes... I am doing my second Hindi film with Balki sir. I am very excited about it and am eagerly looking forward to start working in it. I am privileged to share screen space with Big B and also ecstatic to be part of Raja sir’s musical again. Finally, this film gives me chance to work with PC sir!”

The film is expected to go on to the floors from February next year.
