'Dream Girl 2' gets a new release date

The release date of upcoming film 'Dream Girl 2', featuring Ayushmann Khurrana as a cross-gender actor, has been pushed once again. The film, which was earlier scheduled for June 23 release, will hit the big screens on August 25.

Delay in the VFX work is said to be the reason for the shift in its release date. Ayushmann Khurrana plays the role of Pooja and Karam in the flick, directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa.

The VFX work for ‘Dream Girl 2’ is an integral part of the movie. It also stars Ananya Panday in the lead role.
