'Ennu Ninte Moideen' to Tamil

The romantic tale driven from the real life of Moideen and Kanchanamala turns out to be a blockbuster in Malayalam. Now the director R S Vimal is making plans to remake the film, ‘Ennu Ninte Moideen’ in Tamil.

The movie will be directed by R S Vimal himself. Prithviraj is reported to do the lead role in the Tamil version too. The Tamil script will be written by the director himself.

The Tamil movie will be made in a bigger budget and the script will have certain changes to suit the Tamil audience.

Prithviraj and Parvathy did the roles of Moideen and Kanchana in the film which narrates a story that happened in the 1960-1980 period in Mukkam in Kozhikode district.
