G V Prakash for Ajith's 56th film

Music director G V Prakash started pretty early in Vasantha Balan’s Veyil with a thud and has been proving his mettle in music composing and has been rising steadily. He is also associated with plum projects.

The latest feather in his cap is that he has been roped in as the music director for Ajith’s 56th film to be directed by Siruthai Siva. Prakash has earlier composed for Ajith’s Kireedom directed by A L Vijay and Siva’s film would be his second stint with Ajith as music director. The songs in Kireedom like Vizhiyil Un Vizhiyil and Akkam Pakkam are great melodies that still rule the popularity charts.

Interestingly Prakash is also on board Vijay’s film with Atlee which the Ilayathalapathy would begin once he is done with Chimbudevan’s Puli. On the other hand, Prakash’s stint in front of the camera, Darling had garnered good review and he is awiting his next release Pencil with Sri Divya. Best wishes G V Prakash!
